Terms & Conditions

Business guidelines, food policies, and payment terms for Ash & Cole Ltd.

1. Food Hygiene & Registration

We are a fully registered food premise with the local Belfast City Council. We are proud to declare that we have been awarded a 5-star Food Hygiene Rating in 2025. We ensure that all team members have met or exceeded current food safety, hygiene standards, and allergen handling protocols.

2. Booking Deposit & Payments

To confirm your event order and secure your date in our diary, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining payment balance is required exactly one week prior to your scheduled event.

Payments can be made via bank transfer, BACS, FPS (Faster Payments), or cash. Corporate account bookings are welcome and subject to custom invoice terms upon verification.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Any cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made in writing at least 2 weeks prior to your booking date. As stated, initial deposits are strictly non-refundable but may be transferred to rescheduled dates at our discretion, subject to diary availability.

4. Display & Catering Equipment

All display boards, carts, walls, utensils, crockery, and cutlery provided for styled setups are supplied on a rental basis. These items remain the sole property of Ash&Cole and must be returned in the same clean, undamaged condition as they arrived.

Any damages, breakages, or missing items will incur replacement charges. Please note that we do not provide tables for buffet setups unless explicitly requested and charged in your booking invoice.

5. Allergens & Intolerances

It is the client's responsibility to report any specific guest food allergies or intolerances in writing prior to confirming the menu. While we exercise extreme care to prevent cross-contamination, our kitchen handles nuts, wheat, eggs, dairy, and shellfish.
